Why are my previous scans or reports not showing?

X-Ray & Imaging have recently moved over to a new mobile app and portal that will enable a more seamless and user friendly experience.


Privacy is very important to us. 


That's why if you're an exisiting patient you may find some of your older scans and reports are not displaying on the new mobile app or portal.

If you'd like access to your older scans and reports we kindly request you to Submit a ticket which is located at the bottom of this page.


Please include the following details to ensure we can action your request as soon as possible:


  • The name of the clinic & suburb you attended
  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • The mobile number registered to the radiology practice


Our friendly support team will endeavour to respond to your request within 24 hours.
